Do not wring and avoid dryer, flat dry it away from direct sunlight. Iron on light setting with no steam.

Preferably dry clean only.

If applicable: Carefully remove feathers and store in a dry and cool place when cleaning the garment.

Shipping

Damini Studios uses an external service for national and international shipping. The shipping fee will be calculated before making the final payment of your purchase. You will receive a guide number to track your package. 

Your shipment will be processed from the moment you complete your purchase.

The delivery ETA for packages shipped within Mexico is from 1 to 5 business days after the purchase.

Returns

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
